Financing Portal
This is a secure, web-based financing platform built as four integrated portals: an Agent Portal where insurance brokers onboard personal and commercial clients through guided wizards with OCR document capture, identity verification, quote generation, and e-signature agreement execution; an Admin Portal for internal staff covering system configuration, maker/checker two-tier approvals, collections, and notifications; a mobile-first Client Portal for viewing statements, balances, and making card payments; and a digital onboarding journey that takes a client from an initial invitation through a conversational flow to e-signature and payment. Security is first-class throughout, with MFA, role-based access with row-level data scoping, encryption at rest, immutable audit trails, and PCI-aware payment handling built to OWASP ASVS Level 2.
