Small site. Small footprint.

Who we are

ITzWorking is a founder-led software agency run by Julien Casse. This site, itzworking.io, is our front door. For anything on this page, write to hi@itzworking.io.

What we collect

The forms on this site (the Expert Audit request, the AI-system waiting list, the roadmap quiz) send us what you type: your name, email, and your answers. We use it to answer you, and for nothing else. It is not resold, not fed to advertisers, and not added to a newsletter you didn't ask for.

Along with a form, a booking, or a link to the Forge, we receive the page you first arrived on, the site that sent you there (a search engine, for example), and any campaign tags in that link. It tells us which of our pages bring people to us. Nothing is stored on your device for it.

Booking a CTO session happens through an embedded Calendly calendar, handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, and the booked slot in our own system to prepare the session.

The Forge (forge.itzworking.io) asks for your email to save your blueprint and let you come back to it. Blueprints and the conversation around them live on our own platform, on our own infrastructure.

Analytics

We run our own analytics, on our own domain. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no identifier stored on your device: the script writes nothing to your browser. Visits are counted server-side and the data stays with us.

The Forge browser extension

The ITzWorking Forge extension for Chrome is for our clients. It signs you in with your Forge session, read from forge.itzworking.io in the same browser, and keeps that session on your device only to talk to our platform.

It runs only on your project's sites, and only on the ones you switch on yourself. There it reads the address of the page you are on. When you open the request bubble, it takes a screenshot of the visible page, which you can remove before sending. What you send (your text, the page address, the screenshot) goes to your project's request on our platform, nowhere else.

It can show your project's Forge page in a panel beside the site, and, if you switch it on, notify you when a new question or approval is waiting on you; that panel is the Forge itself, signed in with the same session. It reads nothing else from the pages you visit, keeps no browsing history, and runs no analytics. Switching a site off, or removing the extension, ends its access.
