I started ITzWorking after a decade of being the CTO who said no. No to half-finished features, no to AI demos shipped as products, no to teams that confuse motion with progress.
The honest version: the models got good enough that the rules changed. A small senior team with the right delivery system can now ship things that used to take a department. So I built that team.
We are five pillars and one production bar. We don't sell capacity, we sell outcomes. We pick engagements where the bar is high enough that the framework actually matters — regtech, vertical OSes, the gnarly stuff that breaks naive AI workflows.
