Hi, I'm Julien.
I started ITzWorking after a decade of being the CTO who said no. No to half-finished features, no to AI demos shipped as products, no to teams that confuse motion with progress.
The honest version: the models got good enough that the rules changed. One senior engineer with the right delivery system can now ship what used to take a department. So I built that system, and I run it.
We are five pillars and one production bar. We don't sell capacity, we sell outcomes. We pick engagements where the bar is high enough that the framework actually matters: vertical OSes, internal platforms, the gnarly stuff that breaks naive AI workflows.
If that resonates, talk to me.
Got something gnarly to ship?
Tight specs, hard deadline, real users. That's where this gets interesting.
